Join our dynamic Sales Training and Development team dedicated to equipping our sales professionals with the skills and knowledge they need to excel in the everevolving media and advertising landscape. As a Sales Skills Coach/Facilitator you will play a pivotal role in crafting and delivering impactful training programs that drive sales performance and foster a culture of continuous learning across our organization.
What youll do:
- Design and develop sales training content and programs tailored to new hires and existing sales staff.
- Facilitate dynamic training sessions both inperson and virtually for varying group sizes.
- Implement a coaching strategy to enhance individual and team sales performance through oneonone and group sessions.
- Conduct Coach the Coaches workshops to elevate the coaching abilities of sales managers.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to analyze sales metrics and identify skill gaps for targeted improvement.
- Support strategic initiatives such as evaluating sales calls with tools like Gong and creating sales skill assessments.
- Potentially extend training and support to the West Coast region.
What were looking for:
- Extensive experience in frontline sales within the media and advertising industry.
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills for both small and large audiences.
- Proven coaching experience with the ability to prepare and guide sellers effectively.
- Skilled in developing engaging and impactful training materials based on data analysis.
- Strong organizational skills and operational rigor for managing new content and initiatives.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the capacity to convey complex ideas to senior leadership.
- Proficiency in utilizing CRM systems and training platforms is a plus.
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field such as Business Marketing Communications or equivalent experience.

- We let the type of work you do guide the collaboration style. That means were not always working in an office but we continue to gather for key moments of collaboration and connection.
- As such this role will need to be in the office for inperson collaboration typically 2 to 3 days per week and therefore needs to be in a commutable distance to our Sydney based office.
