The Role

We are seeking a passionate and resultsdriven Operational Excellence Business Partner in Perth to assess coach and uplift site operational performance. Reporting to the National Manager of Operational Excellence this role plays a pivotal part in mentoring Area Managers and Site Managers driving operational improvements and fostering a culture of excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement key operational standards related to service safety financial performance and people effectiveness.
Assist in developing and updating SOPs training materials and best practices.
Define and track KPIs for operational excellence and leadership effectiveness.
Conduct Service Standards Appraisals audits and risk assessments across sites.
Evaluate governance compliance and control frameworks to identify improvement areas.
Provide insights to enhance policies and strengthen sitelevel governance.
Deliver targeted training on systems and processes with a focus on service delivery safety labour optimisation and leadership.
Support new and developing Area Managers and Site Managers in building their skills and confidence.
Facilitate leadership development programs in partnership with the Leadership Academy.
Work with site teams to identify and implement operational and P&L performance improvements.
Monitor and report on audit findings corrective actions and systemic improvement opportunities.
Leverage datadriven insights to recommend innovative solutions for operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Build strong relationships with business leaders site managers and key stakeholders to align on objectives.
Act as a champion for operational excellence fostering collaboration and accountability.
Provide transparent reporting on operational performance and progress against goals.
The Person
6 years of operational experience in the hospitality industry including at least 5 years in a managerial role with P&L accountability (ideally 3 years at a Compass Group site).
A proven track record in operational coaching training facilitation and leadership development or a safety background with expertise in auditing and quality assurance.
Experience in operational assessment risk management and compliance preferably with relevant certifications.
Strong knowledge of governance risk management and continuous improvement principles.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
A proactive solutionsfocused mindset with a history of driving measurable improvements.
