What Were Looking For:
- 5 years of experience operating manual lathes mills and grinders
- Strong knowledge of CNC equipment (programming setup and operation)
- Proficiency in Gcode or conversational programming
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints GD&T and technical drawings
- Experience with fixture design speeds/feeds optimization and precision measurement tools
- Familiarity with CAM software (Esprit Mastercam etc. is a plus
- Technical degree in Machine Shop Technology or related field preferred
- Selfmotivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Willingness to work overtime weekends and holidays as needed
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and program NC/CNC Mills & Lathes
- Set up machines create fixtures and ensure precision machining
- Perform quality checks using micrometers calipers and other precision tools
- Troubleshoot and optimize machining processes for efficiency
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
