Responsibilities: Conduct regular security assessments and risk analysis to identify vulnerabilities and potential threats to our systems and data Develop and implement security policies and procedures to protect against cyber attacks and data breaches Monitor network activity and investigate any suspicious or unauthorized behavior Stay uptodate on the latest security threats and industry best practices to continuously improve our security measures Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify and address security issues and implement solutions Conduct security training and awareness programs for employees to promote a culture of security awareness Maintain and update disaster recovery and business continuity plans to ensure the organizations ability to respond to and recover from security incidents Participate in incident response and forensic investigations as needed Manage security tools and systems including firewalls intrusion detection systems and antivirus software Generate and maintain security reports for management and regulatory compliance purposes Requirements: Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field Minimum of 3 years of experience in a security analyst role preferably in the healthcare industry Strong knowledge of security protocols network security and information security best practices Experience with security tools and systems such as firewalls intrusion detection systems and antivirus software Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards such as HIPAA and GDPR Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Relevant certifications such as CISSP CISM or Security Flexibility to work outside of regular business hours in case of emergencies or security incidents At First Care Medical we value our employees and offer a competitive salary and benefits package including health insurance retirement plans and paid time off.
