Represent the brands voice warm capable and human
Who You Are:
Fluent in German (C1/C2 and English (B2
Youve got a calm clear communication style and a natural sense of service
Previous experience in travel hospitality or customerfacing roles is a bonus but personality matters more
Comfortable navigating digital tools travel systems or booking platforms
Able to stay solutionoriented and professional under pressure
