Job Description
Work Model: Hybrid 3 days per week in the office after initial training)

About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team in Dublin. In this role you will play a key part in driving growth by identifying new business opportunities and connecting potential clients with our innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate salesqualified opportunities by demonstrating how our product can transform clients businesses.
- Proactively source new prospects using advanced tools and strategic outreach.
- Qualify leads and collaborate with Account Executives to close deals.
- Build strong longterm relationships with key stakeholders.
- Track and analyze daily weekly and monthly performance metrics.
- Engage potential clients through multiple channels including phone email and LinkedIn.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
- Stay uptodate on company offerings and industry trends.
Requirements
- Fluent in German and English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A strong passion for sales and business development.
- Minimum 1 years of experience in a B2B/BDR (SaaS) environment.
- Experience with Salesforce is a plus but not required.
- A growth mindset with a proactive and adaptable approach.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
