Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the product planning and throughout the product lifecycle including:
- Gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements
- Defining the product vision
- Ensuring that the product supports the companys overall strategy and goals
- Gain a deep understanding of customer experience:
- Identify and fill product gaps
- Generate new ideas that grow market share
- Improve customer experience
- Drive growth
- Create buyin for the product vision both internally and with key external partners
- Develop product pricing and positioning strategies
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes
- Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
- Work closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick timetomarket and optimal resources
- Drive product launches including working with public relations team executives and other product management team members
- Evaluate promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy and that the message is effectively conveyed
- Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding
- Represent the company by visiting customers to solicit feedback on company products and services

- Experience delivering MRDs and PRDs with prioritized features and corresponding justification
- Experience working with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities
- Experience running beta and pilot programs with earlystage products and samples becoming an expert with respect to the competition

- 10 years of product management experience in IT or digital services
- Proven experience leading largescale digital or IT transformation projects of delivering usercentric products in complex environments
- Handson experience with Agile delivery Scrum and Lean product development and working with crossfunctional teams
- Skilled in building and maintaining a product roadmap aligned to business priorities
- Experience defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) for product success
