Install maintain and repair electrical components of machines and assets in our plant in accordance with our reliability strategy and site safety standards.

In one of our manufacturing roles youll focus on winning with consumers and the market while putting safety mutual respect and human dignity at the center. To succeed in this role you will need the following qualifications:

Are 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States.
Have a state and/or US Department of Education accredited high school diploma GED Grade 12 certificate.
1 years of continuous work experience.
Associate or 2year technical degree in an industrial electrical field preferred OR a combined 5 years experience and post high school education in an industrial field. Will consider equivalent Military Education/Training.
Have basic computer knowledge mechanical aptitude and good math skills.
Are able to maintain a work schedule of 12hour rotating shifts including nights weekends holidays and overtime.
Can pass a preemployment assessment and a preemployment drug background screening.
Can pass postoffer / prehire Physical Abilities Test (PAT).
Technical Qualifications/Required Experience:

Experience with light mechanical work using hand tools including disassembly/assembly and basic power transmission.
Industrial/Manufacturing Power Distribution and Control Systems.
PLC troubleshooting and basic programming capability with ladder logic (AllenBradley highly preferred).
Experience in troubleshooting industrial relay logic and hardwired circuits.
Computer proficiency using MS Windows MS Word MS Excel MS Outlook and Industrial Software (SAP CMMS AB Studio 5000 AB FTView).
High level of initiative tenacity and selfmotivation.
Ability to provide innovative contributions in a Team environment.
Customer focused when dealing with internal and external customers.
Effective communication skills with the ability to discuss technical issues in a business environment.
The ability to adapt to rapidly changing business priorities and assignments.
Application/results orientation with primary focus on problem definition problem solving and generating alternate solutions.

Starting Hourly Wage: $33.74 USD
