Job Description
Job Title: Instructional Aide Armleder Campus
Employment Status: PartTime Hourly NonExempt
Reports to: Principal Armleder Campus
Schedule: MondayFriday 8:00 a.m.2:00 p.m.
Start Date: August 2025 Following the school calendar
Job Summary: Support classroom teacher in all aspects of running an elementary classroom
Essential Job Functions:
- Act in a supportive role to classroom teacher assisting with administrative tasks classroom management and student instruction
- Supervise large and small groups of children
- Nurture young children in their faith
- Keep the classroom neat clean and organized
- Work with small groups of children to facilitate their learning
Job Requirements and Preferences
- High school diploma
- Experience in Elementary Education or teaching degree in Elementary Education with current State of Ohio certification
- Prior teaching experience preferred
- Leader in Me7 Habits
- Responsive Classroom
- Must be a believing Christian who is comfortable in a diverse Christian community
- Must have a current State of Ohio Educational Aide Permit prior to start date (if no current State of Ohio teaching certification)
