Job Description
Client is a leading player in HealthTech domain Series A In process of raising Series B
Operational Financial Management:
- Lead all aspects of financial operations including accounting treasury tax and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Optimize the companys capital structure and working capital management.
Financial Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement financial strategies and initiatives to support the companys growth and profitability goals.
- Own the financial planning and analysis functions to ensure accurate forecasting and budgeting.
- Drive the companys financial planning risk management and investment strategies.
Investor Relations:
- Maintain and build relationships with investors analysts and other stakeholders.
- Prepare and present financial reports and updates to the board of directors and investors.
- Lead fundraising efforts and manage capital raising activities as needed.
Team Leadership and Development:
- Build and lead a highperforming finance team fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Provide mentorship and development opportunities for finance team members.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to drive overall company strategy and performance.
