Hilton Anatole is looking for full time Housekeeping Dispatcher to join their team!
The role is currently starting at $16.00 per hour.
Spanning 45 lush acres north of downtown Dallas this AAA 4Diamond property is an icon in the vibrant Design District boasting over 1600 rooms 600000 square feet of banquet space and 6 food and beverage outlets 3 restaurants a marketplaceinroom dining and a seasonal water park.
The ideal candidate has full availability for the AM and PM shifts a minimum of 1 year in customer service and a great personality for the front desk! Must be bilingual in Spanish

What will I be doing
As a Housekeeping dispatcher you would be responsible for providing dispatching services and office support to the Housekeeping department in the hotels continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Answer all incoming telephone calls respond to guest and team member inquiries and dispatch appropriate service in a timely friendly and efficient manner
- Use and maintain the work order system and/or property management system to include but not limited to logging and recording all service requests initiating dispatching and closing all work orders and generating associated reports
- Ensure vacant/ready rooms are available to the Front Office by coordinating with appropriate Housekeeping and Property Operation team members
- Respond to emergency calls and monitor the alarm system
- Coordinate office traffic
- Perform additional general office duties including but not limited to processing paperwork scheduling team members processing payroll conducting inventory and equipment maintenance and tracking guest comments and feedback as needed
