The Order Management team is responsible for taking in all global customer orders and working with fulfillment operations to provide the best fill rates and ontime delivery to customers. This role will be key in managing these metrics and communications with domestic and global internal and external customers.

WHAT YOULL DO:

Order Management & Fulfillment

• Manage purchase orders stock availability cancellations/extensions and tracking.
• Align sales order fulfillment and warehouse teams for timely order execution.
• Oversee routing communication for global fulfillment including drop shipments.
• Lead discussion with China on stock availability during weekly alignment meetings.
• Ensure accurate data entry order updates acknowledgments and invoicing in the ERP.
• Work with Demand Planning to maintain safety stock of marketcompliant inventory.
• Address shipment and billing issues including ship window management and resolving errors.

Logistics & Customer Communication

• Communicate with global markets on fulfillment delivery and shipment cutoffs.
• Respond to customer inquiries on product availability shipment quantity quality delivery and lead times.
• Investigate and resolve shipping errors routing issues and shipping window requirements.

System & Process Improvement

• Troubleshoot WMS/ERP integration issues and support EDI onboarding.
• Manage and resolve EDI transmission errors while integrating delivery metrics into the ERP.
• Conduct fillrate analyses and implement actions to improve performance.
• Minimize manual order entry by optimizing workflows and tools.
• Enhance warehouse operations and routing processes to reduce order pickup times.
• Lead projects to improve ordertoship time.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 3 years experience in Supply Chain and Operations. Experience in a warehouse environment is a plus.
• Bachelors degree is strongly preferred.
• Experience in B2B retail preferred.
• Must be able to work from Corporate Office at least 60% of the time

The expected base salary range for this position is $90000 to $95000 per year. The exact base salary is determined by various factors including experience skills education geographic location and budget.

This position is also eligible for participation in the company discretionary bonus plan based on personal performance and company results.
