Job Description
Description of the role:
University Home Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in providing excellent care to patients in their homes in Sterling Heights MI. The ideal candidate will have a passion for compassionate patient care and a strong clinical background.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments and develop personalized care plans
- Administer medication and treatment
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care for patients
- Provide education and support to patients and their families
Requirements:
- Valid RN license in Michigan
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
