Job Description
Description of the role:
Welcome to University Home Care! We are currently seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Grosse Pointe MI. As an RN in Home Care you will be responsible for providing skilled nursing care to patients in their homes.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments and develop care plans
- Administer medications and treatments
- Provide education to patients and their families
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals
- Maintain accurate patient records
Requirements:
- Valid RN license in the state of Michigan
- Previous experience in home care preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills
