Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage CI projects from concept through to execution delivering measurable results.
Apply Lean tools and methodologies to streamline operations reduce waste and enhance productivity.
Collaborate across departments to embed continuous improvement practices into daily operations.
Facilitate Kaizen events and workshops to drive team engagement and innovation.
Provide coaching and training to teams on Lean Six Sigma principles and best practices.
Develop and maintain clear process documentation including workflows SOPs and work instructions.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement solutions that support operational excellence.
Support the introduction of new products and processes ensuring smooth integration and adherence to quality standards.
What Were Looking For:
Proven experience in a continuous improvement CI or process engineering role.
A sound understanding of Lean Six Sigma and other process improvement methodologies.
Strong problemsolving abilities with a datadriven mindset and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
A proactive and adaptable approach to change with the motivation to continuously develop and learn.
