This role involves ensuring data accuracy processing vendor requests and supporting the accounts payable function. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail excellent organisational skills and the ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams.
You will:
- Dive into the dynamic world of invoices and payments ensuring every transaction is a seamless experience
- Become a key player in monthend closing and financial reporting.
- Champion the resolution of billing and payment issues turning vendor disputes into opportunities for collaboration
- Collaborate across departments to revolutionise vendor management paving the way for streamlined processes
- Uncover insights from accounts payable data driving innovations in process improvements and automation
Who you are
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts payable or related roles.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and accounts payable processes.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel.
- Excellent analytical problemsolving and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
