Job Summary
The Leave and ADA Administrator will counsel and educate employees and managers regarding leave programs and leave pay options and eligibility. Responsible for daytoday administration of FMLA ADA PWFA Military Leave SLP SL Direct donation Family Leave Pool and Medical Emergency Leave.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Administer full cycle of leave of absence such as FMLA Parental Leave Military Leave ADA leave and leave without pay. Administer full cycle ADA and PWFA accommodation process. Process SLP Sick Leave Direct Donation Family Leave Pool or Medical Emergency Leave. Provide employees with STD and LTD information. Complete STD and LTD vendor forms. Stays abreast of and comply with all federal and state laws related to FMLA ADA ADAA PWFA SLP STD LTD and Military Leave. Provide customer service to and collaborate with Leaders employees HR Payroll Benefits Records HRIS and external vendors. Performs other duties assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management or related field. Three (3) years related experience administering leave programs and ADA reasonable accommodations or an equivalent mix of education and relevant experience in similar role.
Preferred Qualifications
Five (5) or more years related experience administering leave programs and ADA reasonable accommodations. Completion of specialized certification or training on FMLA /Leave administration and/or ADA accommodations. Leave management experience with People Soft and TCP . Intermediate to advance knowledge of MS Word Excel PowerPoint and HRIS system software.
