The Graphic Designer will support NRP Corporate and Property marketing strategies by executing various graphic design deliverables in both print and digital format along with production and printing of those pieces. In addition we expect this role to have an administrative and project management role within the marketing department for signage and other tasks as assigned.

Essential Functions Statement(s):
- Produces graphic design artwork to support marketing efforts in print or digital format:
- Adobe Photoshop Illustrator InDesign Acrobat
- Microsoft Word Excel PowerPoint
- Develops and manages online marketing collateral by working in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Conceptualize design ideas and strategy from inception as outlined by NRP team members
- Produces graphic design artwork to support marketing efforts using technology and computer software packages for either print or web site initiatives including but not limited to the following:
- Macintosh OSX and PC Windows
- Adobe Photoshop Illustrator InDesign Acrobat
- Microsoft Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook
- Develops and creates collateral not limited to:
- Logo design
- Brochures
- Community websites
- Photography
- Maintains NRP standards fair housing and consistent branding with respect to all online and collateral development
- Assists with implementation of company and property branding and image initiatives.
- Creates corporate PowerPoint templates presentations as requested.
- Assist in establishing and maintaining creating standards/style guides and ensure adherence to those standards in all produced work.
- Other duties assigned to accomplish company or department objectives.
SKILLS & ABILITIES
Education: Associates Degree in Graphic Design or similar discipline.
Experience: 25 years of graphic design.
