Infant Mental Health Therapist I: $56040.97 $64134.51 annual salary based on experience.
Infant Mental Health Therapist II: $58519.71 $67287.31 annual salary based on experience.

Role:
Are you ready to make a profound difference in the lives of young children and their families As a regular fulltime Infant Mental Health Therapist youll join a compassionate and driven team dedicated to strengthening family bonds and supporting the healthy development of children aged 06.
In this role youll bring your expertise in relationshipfocused therapy directly to families homes and community settings. Working closely with program staff and community partners youll create a network of care around each family tailoring your approach to meet their unique needs. Every day youll support parents and caregivers from expectant mothers to fathers helping them nurture strong relationships and create a foundation for their childs wellbeing.
With each family you serve youll conduct assessments that lead to individualized treatment plans with measurable goals empowering parents with guidance and resources along the way. Your presence will be a source of comfort and stability providing critical crisis intervention when needed and linking families to additional support services to ensure holistic care.
As part of a collaborative and supportive team youll play a key role in outreach and community teaming building meaningful referral relationships with other agencies. Requirements to join us:
Candidates must be committed to our shared values and commitment to community care including clinical excellence community inclusion community benefit innovation integrated care and improvement. Job Specific Requirements:
Prior treatment experience with children with Serious Emotional Disturbance and their families and strong teaming skills are preferred. A valid MI drivers license is required.
Evening hours are required.
Qualifications and Experience:
Mental Health Therapist II: Masters degree with Michigan licensure as LMSW LLP or LPC with requirement to obtain Infant Mental Health Level II endorsement within 2 years from Michigan Association for Infant Mental Health (MAIMH) and ultimately obtain Level III or higher endorsement.
Mental Health Therapist I: Masters degree with Michigan licensure either LLMSW TLLP or LLPC with requirement to obtain full licensure within 2 years of hire. Also requirement to obtain Infant Mental Health Level II endorsement within 2 years from Michigan Association for Infant Mental Health (MAIMH) and ultimately obtain Level III or higher endorsement.
