Position Summary:
Catholic Community Schools (CCS) is seeking a skilled and missiondriven Business Manager to lead key operational financial and human resource functions across our PK12 system of Catholic schools in the St. Cloud metro area. Reporting to the President the Business Manager plays a vital role in supporting our educational mission through strong business practices and collaborative leadership.
This position is responsible for managing operational budgets overseeing HR processes and ensuring administrative efficiency. The Business Manager works closely with the Director of Finance on compliance and financial planning and with the Director of Education to align staffing and budgeting with academic priorities. The ideal candidate will be detailoriented strategically minded and passionate about PK12 Catholic education.
- Budget development monitoring and forecasting
- Human resources management and compliance
- Operational oversight across multiple campuses
- Crossdepartmental collaboration with academic and advancement leaders
- Risk management and internal control support
- Bachelors degree (Masters preferred) in Business Administration HR or related field
- 5 years in business or HR management preferably in education or nonprofits
- Strong budgeting HR and communication skills
- Commitment to the Catholic educational mission of CCS
