As a SI Business Strategy Director youll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the Secure Issuance businessdriving highimpact strategic initiatives working alongside senior leadership and influencing executive decisions that fuel business growth.
Youll lead complex analyses develop strategic roadmaps and translate insights into actionable plans ensuring HID Global stays ahead in the identity solutions landscape. Working crossfunctionally across global business areas youll champion Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) craft compelling business cases and help shape HIDs fiveyear vision.
This highvisibility position is ideal for an analytical and resultsdriven strategist with a background in management consulting strong problemsolving skills and the ability to synthesize complex ideas into persuasive executivelevel presentations. As our SI Business Strategy Director youll support HIDs success by:
Working closely with the Business Area leaders in formulating and capturing the collective strategies that support the business area which may include industry research
Managing complex research and analyses to drive business case development for key strategic focus areas
Prioritizing analysis through hypothesisbased problem solving while identifying downstream business implications and insights
Translating analysis output into practical and implementable recommendations
Supporting endtoend Business Area strategy development including adjustments to existing strategies based on new learnings and changes in the competitive environment.
Serving as an individual contributor and managing projects including defining the project scope performing quantitative analysis synthesizing recommendations preparing executive level business presentations presenting results to leadership and driving adoption and implementation of identified actions
Sharing insights and recommendations in a structured and easily digestible manner in both written and oral format persuading based on facts and sound logic
Tracking and monitoring key initiatives and results of implemented strategies
Championing of OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) and ensuring both business areas are leveraging the methodology to drive our 5year strategy
Your Experience and Background include:
Bachelors Degree in Business Strategy or Economics is desirable or other relevant college experience with demonstrated strategic capability
Three plus years professional experience in toptier management consulting firm
Ability to present and communicate analytical findings in a concise and clear fashion
Ability to design and build effective executivelevel presentations
Ability to identify and define difficult business problems while demonstrating a nose for value to discern what is most important
Ability to consolidate disparate inputs and information into a cohesive message
Strong problemsolving skills project management experience and strategic acumen in combination with a practical actionbased mindset
High proficiency with Microsoft products especially Microsoft Office (Outlook Excel Word and PowerPoint)
Experience working independently as well as in a team environment
Collaborative mindset
Ability to travel internationally when required

The base salary in the United States is $201000 to $226000.
