PKI & Crypto Engineer
a global critical financial infrastructure the protection of Euroclear information and assets is fundamental to the companys business. Security is at the core of our services firmly embedded in the management systems and processes of the company. You will be joining our Chief Information Security Office (CISO) in charge of putting in place the required controls to adequately and effectively protect our information assets.
You will join the Enterprise Cryptography Solutions team in the role of PKI & Crypto Engineer.
Role
Jobholder is a technical security expert who will design and maintain complex security software and/or hardware. May lead (from a technical perspective) and coach colleagues from a technology standpoint within the Enterprise Cryptography Solutions team.
- Responsible for the design and architecture of PKI & Cryptography solutions in the role as subject matter expert.
- Integrate and maintain PKI & Cryptography solutions.
- Contribute to the automation process (CI/CD) and continuous improvement process.
- Become application owner of one or multiple products or technologies.
- Participate in the Watch Duty role (24/7/365)
You will join the Enterprise Cryptography team consisting of experienced PKI Policy veterans and engineers with a cando attitude.
Technical skills
- Understanding of the security concepts typical to Cryptography and PKI (i.e. Root and Issuing CAs Certificate and Key management HSM and smart cards have no secrets to you)
- Good knowledge of Public Key Infrastructure
- Good knowledge of Certificate Authority software (Nexus Microsoft ADCS or EJBCA)
- Good knowledge of Certificate Lifecycle Management platform (Venafi Keyfactor or AppViewX)
- Good knowledge of DevOps tools (Ansible Tower Azure DevOps)
- Good knowledge of Cloud infrastructure (Azure Keyvault Azure Keyvault HSM Cloudflare)
- Good knowledge of cryptography protocols (TLS S/MIME PKCS#11 FIDO2 )
- Good knowledge of hardware key containers (HSM smart card TPM)
- Good knowledge of at least 1 programming language (Python Java C)
- Good knowledge of cryptographic libraries (OpenSSL Bouncy Castle MS CNG pyca/cryptography).
- Ability to integrate on different technology stacks (Windows Linux C/C .Net Java).
- Good knowledge of Git.
- Knowledge of the 7 layers of the OSI model.
