The role

This is an exciting career development opportunity to gain experience in research and research management for someone who is passionate and knowledgeable about diversity equity and inclusion in higher education. The successful candidate will grow their network across influential thought leaders in higher education and gain visibility across other UK universities.

The post holder will play a key role in organising a series of hybrid workshops open to other universities with expert speakers around the theme of individual and institutional barriers for those underrepresented in research careers particularly women and researchers from minoritised groups. They will compile bibliographic resources for each workshop and build a dedicated website page that will form an enduring resource after the project has concluded.
