Where youll work:
Depending on the needs of your business area we expect hub based people to be in the office at least once a week and to go to OVO Connection events inperson.
Youll be assigned to the closest one of our three hub offices Bristol Glasgow or London; unless your role requires fieldbased work. Each hub has accessible spaces to park your laptop is designed to inspire people help them connect and bring big ideas to life.

This role in a nutshell:
Youll be working within Operational Enablements Business Readiness team within OVO Retail. You will be at the heart of enabling the transformation to a digital at scale customer centric business with intelligent operations powered by unified modern technology. Youll champion customer excellence and be empowered to make a difference on a global scale through enabling our Plan Zero objectives.
Your key outcomes will be:
Taking complete ownership of your workstream; delivering at speed but never compromising on quality Managing and building trusting relationships with stakeholders from entrylevel to Clevel Inlife reporting and updates on cost scope and benefit Budget managementRisk and issue management Brokering resourcing decisions Benefits tracking and realisation Multiple supplier management and contract negotiation Business readiness and transition to a stable BAU environment
Youll be a successful Business Readiness Manager at OVO if you
Experience in leading and developing multisite matrix teams Experience in line management mentoring and coaching to develop colleagues / teams Energy sector knowledge (desirable)Formal training and certifications in business analysis such as BCS or equivalent (desirable)

Well pay you between 52K and 58K depending on your specific skills and experience.

Youll be eligible for an ontarget bonus of 15%. We have one OVO bonus plan that focuses on the collective performance of our people to deliver our Plan Zero goal.
