Location: Richmond Hill ON (Hybrid)

Computershare has an exciting opportunity for a Graphics Designer to join our Computershare Communication Services (CCS) team for a 12month fulltime contract.
A role you will love
As the Graphics Designer you will be a key member of the CCS Creative team and be responsible for executing all daily production work from multiple business lines. You will also provide support to the Client Services teams and ensure deliverables are produced on time and meet SLA (service level agreement) requirements. The production process includes initial setup through final print ready files. Our teams mission is to place the customer experience at the heart of everything we do.
Other key responsibilities include:
- Creating printed financial documents in line with established design guidelines
- Reviewing and proofing graphics layouts and fonts for accuracy
- Formatting logo files client brand colours and any original imagery to meet specs
- Providing design services that meet customer and internal business requirements and quality standards
- Continuously looking for ways to improve team policies guidelines quality controls and procedures
- Maintaining current knowledge of graphic design trends and participate in ongoing skill development programs
What will you bring to the role
- Strong experience delivering functional design proofs with a strong working knowledge of printing technologies including fullcolour and offset printing
- Experience working in a PC environment
- Strong proficiency in HTML responsive email design Adobe Creative Cloud (specifically InDesign Illustrator and Photoshop) and Microsoft Office
- Understanding of the financial services industry and design principles.
- Proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously
