Job Description
Your role as Financial Analyst FP&A
Reporting to the Senior Director Financial Planning & Analysis youll play a key role in driving Dialogues growth and financial discipline. Youll partner with senior leaders to deliver actionable insights and recommendations that maximize value for our stakeholders. Your analysis will shape critical decisions helping to fuel new initiatives boost revenue enhance efficiency and manage risks.
What youll be doing:
- Partner with the Senior Director FP&A to lead the monthly/quarterly forecasts and the annual budget process for board approval.
- Deliver clear actionable insights to stakeholders on business performance forecasts and special projects.
- Build and maintain financial models including our 5year strategic plan.
Wed love to hear from you if you have:
- You bring 1 years of financial analyst experience.
- Youre skilled in accounting finance and data analysis.
- You excel at building relationships and influencing leaders.
- Your ability to turn data into insights stands out.
- Youre fluent in English and French (bilingualism is essential for serving our Canadawide customers).
- CFA designation or experience in company valuation/financial statement analysis are assets
