Accounts Clerk
Primary purpose of the role
The Accounts Clerk provides a full range of administrative revenue and financial support functions.
Key accountabilities
- Provide a consistently high level of customer service to internal and external stakeholders including investigation and resolutions of issues in line with legislation and statutory requirements and Department Policy and Procedures.
- Updating and maintaining records across a range of electronic information and billing systems to ensure revenue generation is accurate
- Liaising with various internal and external stakeholders to facilitate accurate billing and revenue generation
- Work effectively within a team focused environment and contribute to the review and development of practices and procedures
- Other duties as required
- Participate in team meetings performance development and undertake any training as directed
- Act in accordance with the Departments values and Code of Conduct.
Key Skills Required:
- Accounts Administration Accounts Payable and / or Accounts Receivable experience
- High attention to detail and level of accuracy
- Data Entry
- Able to use multiple software applications and billing systems
Whats on offer
- Location: Westmead NSW.
- Contract Term: This contract will run until midJune 2025.
- Rate: $35.00 per hour super
