A Day in the Life:
Collaborate with CMMs Finance regional sales and marketing teams and other stakeholders to design and coordinate incentive strategies tailored to regional and DMA needs focusing on growth and ROI.
Develop and manage a communication cadence between national HQ C&I and regional teams to identify localized opportunities and problem areas.
Conduct monthly analysis of incentive tactics to establish a recirculating business intelligence system determining what strategies are most effective.
Present factbased business cases for significant incentive deployments including ROI analysis from profit and volume impact perspectives.
Perform financial and operational evaluations to guide the implementation of incentive tactics and ensure alignment with broader organizational goals.
Collaborate with data and analytics teams to use tools such as Tableau and Excel for data visualization and insight generation.
Ensure alignment between regional incentives and corporate objectives through regular reporting and stakeholder engagement.
As necessary perform other related duties as assigned.
Who Were Looking for:
Strong business and financial acumen with a focus on datadriven decisionmaking.
Knowledge of pricing and incentives; experience in automotive or dealer organizations is highly preferred.
Ability to present recommendations clearly and effectively to stakeholders from various functional organizations and to cocreate final recommendations with the executive leadership team.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to distill complex analyses into actionable insights.
Selfstarter mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Years of Experience:
6 years of relevant experience in business analysis pricing incentives planning or a related field.
Experience in automotive or with dealer networks is a strong advantage.
Proven ability to work crossfunctionally and present to senior leadership.
Education
Bachelors degree in a related discipline (e.g. Business Finance Marketing or Data Analytics).
Specific Course/Certifications
Advanced proficiency in Excel and Tableau.
Proficiency in data tools such as Tableau and Excel; Python is a plus.
