Job Description
We are pleased to announce the relocation of our corporate headquarters toGreenway Plazas Phoenix Towerin Houstons Upper Kirby neighborhood.
The Internet Home Consultant (IHC) is responsible for lead intake from over 70 different lead sources and assigning out to the appropriate Sales Professional(s). The IHC will answer and respond to all phone and Internet inquires (including Chat and Facebook Messenger) while providing firstclass customer service internally and externally. The IHC will participate in the implementation and maintenance of lead nurturing activities and provide the Field with uptodate digital insights that will allow for high engagement touch points with leads.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Function as the lead management contact on emails received from various Perry Homes and partner websites.
- Ability to interact with customers and show highlevel customer service through email online chat and telephone contact.
- Answer emails and online chats daily and communicate with prospects until enough information is obtained to assign lead to appropriate Sales Professional.
- Maintain customer information in Customer Relationship Management system.
- Track and report on customer leads and their online digital footprint as needed.
- Provide reports showing activity and trends relating to duties.
- Monitor various websites for accuracy on a regular basis.
- Cultivate 1800 contacts until they can be assigned to appropriate Sales Professional.
- Assist in research for new Internet marketing ideas.
- Develop and maintain strong positive relationships with Sales Professionals Divisional Marketing Managers vendors and upper management.
- From time to time one must complete projects with short notice in extreme constraints.
- Will also be called upon to assist with projects in any division as needed.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelors degree in Communications Journalism Advertising or Public Relations preferred.
- HubSpot knowledge preferred.
- Facebook Messenger and basic SMS communication best practices knowledge preferred.
- Some Realtor knowledge preferred. Internet sales experience or college coursework in Internet marketing a plus.
- Experience working in a call center a plus.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships and communicate with others effectively both orally and in writing in a professional and competent manner.
- Demonstrated computer skills including a working knowledge of MS Office products including Outlook Excel Word and PowerPoint.
- The ability to add subtract multiply and divide using whole numbers fractions and decimals to compute percentages and to perform basic algebra and geometry.
- Demonstrated organization and time management which includes the ability to multitask and run multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining thoroughness and precision.
- Must have a strong work ethic positive attitude be teamoriented proactive and agile.
