Job Description
Job Title: FullTime Valet Attendant
Location: Twelve Midtown Atlanta GA

Twelve Midtown is an upscale contemporary hotel located in the heart of Atlantic Station Atlanta. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional guest experiences with personalized service modern amenities and an inviting atmosphere. We are looking for a friendly energetic and professional Valet Attendant to join our team and be the first point of contact for our guests.
Position Summary:
The Valet Attendant is responsible for providing prompt courteous and efficient valet services to guests. This position requires a high level of customer service professionalism and safe driving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure.
Safely drive park and retrieve guest vehicles in a timely and efficient manner.
Assist guests with loading and unloading luggage as needed.
Provide information about the hotel surrounding area and directions if requested.
Maintain a clean and organized valet area.
Complete vehicle inspection forms and log vehicle information accurately.
Follow all safety and driving policies.
Communicate effectively with hotel staff and other valet attendants.
Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Valid Georgia drivers license and clean driving record required.
Ability to drive manual (stick shift) and automatic transmission vehicles preferred.
Previous valet or customer service experience preferred but not required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to stand walk run short distances and lift luggage weighing up to 50 lbs.
Must be able to work flexible schedules including weekends evenings and holidays.
