Job Description
Familyowned and operated medical supply company looking for a friendly reliable Customer Service Specialist to join our team! If you love helping people and enjoy a fastpaced environment this could be the perfect fit.
What Youll Do:
Greet walkin customers with a smile and help them with purchases
Answer phones and assist customers with questions about orders or equipment
Collect and verify patient info and insurance coverage
Enter new orders and make sure everything is documented correctly (including ICD10 codes)
Work with doctors offices to get required paperwork and authorizations
Collect payments and ship out orders
What Were Looking For:
High school diploma or equivalent
2 years of customer service or retail experience
Friendly organized and able to multitask
Good with computers and data entry
Knowledge of ICD10 codes is a plus (but not required)
Comfortable lifting up to 30 lbs and being on your feet
Must pass a background check
