You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe primary responsibility of the Client Relationship Manager is to develop and maintain the relationship between Mayo Clinic Platform and Mayo Clinic staff across the practice research and education shields. The Client Relationship will be expected to fully understand the products/services as part of the assigned programs. A successful Client Relationship Manager will also have the necessary emotional intelligence to successfully navigate collaborations and drive advancements in strategic priorities for Mayo Clinic. This will include interfacing with the other Mayo Clinic Platform delivery and development teams and managing golive and onboarding activities and resolving issues. The Client Relationship Manager will be engaged early in the development of the relationship between Mayo Clinic Platform and Mayo Clinic interfacing with the Prospecting Due Diligence Sales and Implementation teams to ensure a solid foundation is established to enable a successful longterm relationship. During the onboarding process the Client Relationship Manager will be established as the primary point of contact between Mayo Clinic Platform and Mayo Clinic. As a result the Client Relationship Manager is responsible for promoting and instilling Mayo Clinics core values within the relationship. The Client Relationship Manager will continue as the primary point of contact throughout the relationship to ensure overall alignment with strategy. The Client Relationship Manager will report regular status updates to Mayo Clinic Platform and Mayo Clinic and is accountable for accurate billing / timely payment of invoices. Must be able to effectively manage time and priorities across multiple clients. The Client Relationship Manager will be expected to manage client expectations and to promote and coordinate professional services to deliver value add solutions to the client. Key success metrics: client satisfaction client retention product utilization revenue growth expense management and maintaining account management discipline.

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Sales Marketing Management Healthcare or related field with 3 years of experience in healthcare operations or clinical care account management client/customer service or sales within the healthcare or healthrelated business.
OR masters degree in Business Administration Sales Marketing Management Healthcare or related field with 1 year of experience in healthcare operations or clinical care account management client/customer service or sales within healthcare or healthrelated business.
Proven success interacting with all levels of key decisionmakers both externally and internally to meet client and organizational needs.
Excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively facilitate meetings deliver presentations craft proposals and communicate clearly and succinctly.
Must be proficient in English
Experience in clinical operations is preferred for Account Managers reporting to Provider Market. Experience with technical products is preferred for Account Managers reporting to Services. Strong organizational and project management skills. Must maintain a highlevel of integrity and be selfmotivated to work independently. Additional consideration will be given to candidates with a proven track record of successful account management experience.
