Inviting applications for the role of Domain Trainee Insurance
The function of the position is to dispatch the claims on the claims management system and call to contractors and assign the job. Once the job has been assigned to the contractor then we need to inform the homeowner about the claim & contractor details.
Responsibilities:
Input claim details into claim management system
Calls to be made to Contractor and Homeowner
Surveys to be taken
Stakeholder interaction to get the complete job details
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualification:
Any Graduate except Technical
Essential skills:
Good analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to communicate verbally and through emails with businesses
Positive attitude with a focus on continuous process improvement and an open mind to change
Ability to do rootcause analysis for process gaps highlighted
Time Management and ability to complete assignments within deadlines
Exercising excellent customer service skills at all times. This information can be exchanged in person in writing or by telephone or email.
The ability to use computers and computer systems (including hardware and software) to enter data to process information and as a form of communication with customers and others in the company
The ability to use relevant information and individual judgment to determine the best possible solution to any situation.
Technical skills:
Excellent command on Excel spreadsheets MS word and internet from day to day operations delivery standpoint
