Job Description
Job Title: FullTime LiveOut Nanny
Location: Stoke Newington London (Primary Base) Regular Travel: Europe & San Francisco
Start Date: ASAP
Schedule: 34 days per week (4045 hours MondayFriday)
(Includes weekly evening babysitting and 2 overnights/month when in London)
Salary: Excellent salary offered for the right candidate
Children: One boy 16 months old
Role Overview:
A warm active family are seeking an experienced and nurturing fulltime nanny to care for a curious and joyful toddler. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments enjoys travel and has a strong grounding in toddler development.
The family split their time between Stoke Newington (London) San Francisco and frequent trips around Europe and Norway. Their ideal nanny will join them on these travels helping their son feel safe and supported in changing settings. The family offer flexibility and have a parttime nanny based in San Francisco to provide additional support if needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and engage in stimulating ageappropriate activities to support developmental milestones
Supervise meals and prepare healthy toddlerfriendly food
Maintain consistent routines and manage all nursery duties
Accompany child to local classes and enjoy regular outdoor activities
Assist with packing and settling into new environments during travel
Provide regular evening babysitting and up to 2 overnights/month in London
Foster a loving safe and enriching environment at home and abroad
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Early Childhood Education degree or equivalent
Extensive experience caring for toddlers (12 years) with a deep understanding of early years development
Confident traveller who is adaptable organised and calm under pressure
Creative energetic and proactive in planning engaging days
Emotionally intelligent discreet and professional
Collaborative and communicative with parents
Able to manage logistics around travel including packing schedules and transitions
Happy to take initiative with nursery upkeep and householdrelated tasks for the child
Driver: Preferred (particularly for international travel) not essential
Languages: Norwegian desirable not required
Travel & Annual Rhythm:
The schedule follows a regular annual pattern:
MidJanuary End April: Based in San Francisco
May August: Based in London with summer travel across Europe
August October: Return to San Francisco
October MidJanuary: Back in London with winter holidays in Norway
Additional Notes:
This is a longterm fulltime position for someone who enjoys forming deep bonds and being part of a familys daily life. Ideally you will join them in San Francisco but they are open to someone only working the London and Europe dates.
