Job Description

Established in 2013 Sapphire Utility Solutions has quickly become the partner of choice for many clients across the UK in our chosen markets.

As a Reinstatement Manager you will be working to meet the needs of the clients SLAs in the most productive and costeffective manner. You will be helping to provide technical expertise experience and work within a team to deliver a firstclass service to our will be able to engineer solutions on site and focus your teams on completing work correctly first will work with the scheduling team ensuring programmes are managed and delivered accordingly. You will provide support to ensure that the companys work is effectively completed through communication with internal and external customers as well as the management of the business and client database systems.

Location:Pride Park Derby Derbyshire.

Hours: 50 hours per week

Salary: 35000 per annum



Key Responsibilities:

You will have operational responsibility for the reinstatement teams and their inday activities.

Organise labour in the most costeffective way including recruitment disciplinary action wages and absence management.

You will manage all other resources e.g. subcontractors materials and plant.

Assist with carrying out team briefings with teams on a monthly basis.

Assisting in coaching and developing staff to reach their potential. Ensure a fair and consistent culture with the teams.

You will help to assist the defect programme and ensure that KPIs are met and client meetings and council meetings are attended.

Assist in carrying out documented audits checking quality of the work and coaching teams/individuals to ensure the right behaviours are always exhibited.

Liaise with the Support Services and Streetworks Team to ensure that FPN and Section74 liabilities are managed

You will be required to assist the reinstatements manager by being a Health & Safety Representative which will include undertaking health & safety inspections in and around the workplace raising health & safety related matters with management and investigating reportable accidents or incidents as and when they occur.

Covering all aspects of reinstatements including black top and white top.


Experience within a similar role is preferred along with a street works card. A full clean driving licence is essential.

You will be IT literate and be a confident communicator at all levels. An excellent work ethic is a must.
