Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and dynamic Restaurant Manager to take over the daily management of a fastpaced restaurant. The role includes assisting the owners in every area of the operationfrom cooking and managing the register to customer service and team leadership. The ideal candidate is proactive reliable and passionate about food service and team management.
For the right individual this position offers a potential partnership opportunity to grow with the business and take on a more strategic leadership role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations
- Support food prep customer service and frontofhouse tasks
- Manage and motivate the team to ensure quality and efficiency
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
- Work closely with ownership to improve workflows and operations
Qualifications:
- Experience in food service or restaurant operations
- Strong leadership multitasking and communication skills
- Willingness to be handson and flexible with responsibilities
- Passion for customer service and hospitality
- Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in longterm growth
Location: Onsite in Montreal Canada
Salary: $25/hour with potential partnership opportunity
