Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Specialist to support and enhance our Human Capital Management processes specifically within the Merit and Performance Management modules. The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring maintaining and troubleshooting system functionality to ensure seamless HR operations and a superior employee experience.

We are looking for Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Specialist to join our Montreal teams.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:
Configure and maintain Oracle Fusion HCM modules with a focus on Merit and Performance Review processes.
Partner with HR and IT stakeholders to translate business requirements into system configurations.
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues related to merit cycles performance templates and workflow approvals.
Manage system testing validation and deployment of new functionality or updates.
Create and maintain documentation for configurations business processes and system design.
Support annual compensation and performance review cycles by ensuring system readiness and data accuracy.
Collaborate with Oracle Support for issue resolution and system enhancements.
Generate and analyze HCM reports to support HR decision-making.
Provide end-user training and support for HR teams and managers.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementation or support roles.
Knowledge of French and English*
Hands-on experience configuring and troubleshooting Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM specifically:
Merit module (compensation cycles eligibility profiles plan setup)
Performance Management (goal plans performance templates document configuration approvals)
Strong understanding of HCM data models workflows and security roles.
Experience with Oracle OTBI and BI Publisher reporting tools.
Ability to perform root cause analysis and implement long-term solutions.
Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills.

Nice-to-Have:
Oracle Cloud Certification in HCM.
Exposure to other modules like Compensation Core HR Payroll or Talent Management.
Experience in system integration and testing cycles.
Knowledge of fast formulas and HCM Extracts.

*The ability to communicate effectively in English both orally and in writing is essential as this position involves regular collaboration with colleagues and partners based in the United States.
