Job Description
Join AETHER to support Intrapreneurial Projects as a Medior CAPEX Project manager new industrial facility:
The experience we are actively looking for:
Background in engineering or construction management with experience in industrial Green field projects (civil works infrastructure and utility coordination.)
Ability to manage daily operations ensuring the project stays aligned with budget quality and timeline constraints.
Experience in stakeholder communication regulatory compliance and risk management in largescale construction projects.
The scope of this intrapreneurial project is to support the Senior Project manager for the construction of a new industrial facility. The Key responsibilities expected from our consultant are:
Define project scope objectives and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop a comprehensive project plan outlining timelines resources and milestones.
Supervise onsite construction activities ensuring compliance with design specifications quality standards and safety protocols. Implement quality control processes to ensure all construction work meets established standards and client expectations.
Develop and oversee the project budget ensuring adherence to financial constraints and objectives.
Ensure all project activities comply with relevant safety environmental and quality standards.
Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively.
Oversee the final inspection commissioning and handover of the completed facility ensuring all contractual obligations are met and necessary documentation is completed.
Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders providing regular updates on project status challenges and milestones.
Manage the integration of utilities including electricity (connection to the central transformer construction of a new substation lighting) water supply and waste management systems.
Assign tasks and responsibilities to project team members and subcontractors ensuring efficient use of resources and timely task completion.
