Join our innovative team as an Inspection Technician III where you will play a crucial role in inspecting high and lowpressure oxygen cylinders in a largescale manufacturing environment. We are looking for a dedicated and skilled professional to ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety. Your contributions will be essential in ensuring the smooth flow of work and upholding our highquality standards in both standard and nonstandard environments. If you are passionate about precision quality and innovation this is the perfect opportunity for you. This position operates on a 4x10 schedule MondayThursday with the possibility of required overtime.

This position includes a $3500 Sign On Bonus for new employees.

What You Will Do:

  • Conduct Precision Inspections Utilize measuring instruments such as micrometers gauges and calipers to inspect electronic units and ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Interpret and Apply Quality Standards Read and interpret blueprints quality policies and procedures to ensure accuracy and adherence to specifications.
  • Execute Comprehensive Inspections Perform receiving inprocess final and First Article Inspections (FAI) on manufactured assembled and tested hardware and components.
  • Leverage Digital Inspection Tools Operate computerized systems such as Via Search JD Edwards One World and Engineering Information System to perform and document inspection tasks.
  • Verify Documentation Accuracy Ensure work order documentation is complete and correct before approving units for further processing.
  • Perform Detailed Visual & Physical Inspections Administer thorough evaluations of units and subassemblies identifying any defects or discrepancies.
  • Conduct Unit Shakedowns Inspect for foreign objects rattles and loose internal hardware to ensure product integrity and safety.
  • Support First Article Inspections (FAI) Execute and document detailed first article inspections to verify manufacturing consistency.
  • Maintain Inspection Records Perform administrative tasks related to inspection documentation files management and compliance tracking.
  • Facilitate Preliminary Material Reviews (PMR) Assist in evaluating nonconforming materials and ensuring quality issues are addressed promptly.
