IDEAL CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate for the Branch Manager position will be a strong serviceoriented leader with excellent communication skills and a passion for public service. This role oversees the Aliante Library one of the busiest branches in the system which serves a large and diverse community.
The Branch Manager is responsible for all branch operations including staff scheduling addressing facility and maintenance issues and ensuring upper management is informed of any concerns or operational needs. This position also includes working directly at the public service desk providing the same highquality support expected of all library staff members.
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership the ability to effectively manage a team and a proactive approach to problemsolving. They will be committed to fostering a welcoming inclusive and wellfunctioning environment for both patrons and staff.
