FullTime Positive Support Services Analyst
Positive Support Services promotes community participation personcenteredness and inclusion. We serve people with disabilities who have been approved for waivered services in home and communitybased setting. Services will provide positive support strategies to promote and increase skills and selfdetermination for those striving to improve their quality of life.
If you have experience carrying out behavioral support plans based on functional behavior assessments you qualify for this position.
This position will support clients and guide staff by completing individualized functional behavior assessments creating and overseeing the implementation of personcentered positive support transition plans and/or behavior support plans create program(s) and data collection for the client supervise data collection by positive support specialists staff and caregivers; provide guidance on personcentered positive practices and on proactive and reactive intervention strategies distribute the plan(s) or programming to the client and needed team members evaluate the effectiveness of the service and interventions modify plan(s) as necessary assist with guiding the specialist on what onsite instructional learning is needed for staff caregivers and other team members about the use of positive supports.

Must have one of the following experience:
Must pass First Aid competency and CPR competency.
Must have dependable transportation a current drivers license car insurance and a driving record that meets our insurability standards. Must be able to meet all employment requirements defined by CCRIs policy and procedure manual.
