Job Description
Location: Bothell WA
Position Type: FullTime OnSite
Our client an established union commercial drywall contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their team in Bothell WA.
10 years of commercial drywall project management experience with a union contractor
Proven experience with projects valued at $1MM
Expert proficiency in OnScreen Takeoff and Quickbid software
Strong understanding of union practices and procedures
Track record of successful largescale commercial project completion
Oversee multiple largescale commercial drywall projects simultaneously
Manage project budgets schedules and resource allocation
Coordinate with general contractors architects and other trades
Ensure compliance with union regulations and safety standards
Supervise and mentor project team members
Review and approve project submittals and RFIs
Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Advanced proficiency in OnScreen Takeoff and Quickbid (required)
Strong understanding of commercial drywall systems and assemblies
Expertise in reading and interpreting construction documents
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Knowledge of current building codes and safety regulations
Excellence in written and verbal communication
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Proven problemsolving and decisionmaking skills
Ability to manage multiple highvalue projects simultaneously
Understanding of union labor relations and agreements
Bachelors degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
OSHA 30 certification required
Additional industry certifications are a plus
