Internal Communications/Event Specialist

ABOUT THE ROLE

Are you passionate about coordinating events and creating impactful internal communications Fluke is looking for an organized and dynamic Internal Communications Specialist/Event Coordinator to join our Seattle headquarters team fulltime sitting within the global marketing team. This role will manage and execute internal events including inhouse gatherings company town halls virtual meetings and our annual Leadership Conference to ensure a consistent and inspiring employee experience. The role also supports internal communications initiatives to unify employees around Flukes mission and values helping them feel informed and engaged.

The ideal candidate will thrive in an office environment have experience in event coordination strong writing skills and a passion for driving internal engagement. This role is vital in keeping employees connected to Flukes vision mission and strategic goals fostering an inclusive and aligned culture.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Plan coordinate and execute companywide events including HQbased gatherings virtual town halls hybrid meetings and the annual Leadership Conference ensuring each event is wellstructured and engaging.
  • Oversee event logistics endtoend including scheduling vendor relations content liaison budget management and onsite support.
  • Utilize virtual event tools to deliver seamless and interactive experiences for both remote and inperson participants.
  • Assist in creating and distributing internal messaging that connects employees with Flukes mission strategic goals and company updates tailoring communications for various audiences and channels.
  • Support the development and maintenance of a comprehensive internal communications calendar tracking milestones events and business updates.
  • Collaborate closely with leadership HR and marketing teams to ensure all internal messaging is clear aligned and impactful.
  • Coordinate logistics and content for town halls leadership Q&A sessions and virtual calls ensuring these events effectively communicate key updates provide transparency and enhance employee engagement.
  • Partner with executive leadership to craft compelling messages and talking points offering a consistent cadence of updates to keep employees informed and involved.
  • Develop postevent surveys and feedback tools analyzing data to enhance future communications and events making adjustments based on employee insights.
  • Work with HR and leadership to foster a culture that encourages open feedback building engagement and addressing any areas of improvement.
  • Oversee internal communication channels including email intranet digital signage and newsletters ensuring content remains fresh relevant and engaging.
  • Work closely crossfunctionally to align internal messaging with broader marketing content strategy contributing to a cohesive brand voice and tone across internal and external communications.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelors degree in Communications Event Management Marketing or a related field.
  • 3 years of experience in event coordination internal communications or a similar role in a corporate setting.
  • Proven project management abilities with excellent organizational skills capable of juggling multiple projects and priorities.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with experience working crossfunctionally across teams and leadership.
  • Familiarity with digital event platforms and internal communication tools.
  • Strong attention to detail problemsolving abilities and creativity in event planning and communications.

Location and Travel

This position is based fulltime in our Seattle office with occasional travel required for company events in other locations.
