Manager Valuation & Advisory (Technical Assessment & Monitoring) Mumbai

Job Description Summary

This role will entail overseeing the technical aspects of all V&A residential projects of the region in terms of progress of the projects auditing the materials procured on site and overall development of the construction projects.

About the Role:

  • Provide Lenders Independent Engineer Technical Due Diligence & Project Investment Risk Monitoring services for Private Equity companies NBFC & Banks.
  • Provide BOQ level cost review / assessment for real estate projects.
  • Lead the team to execute financial assessment for reconciliation of construction material through purchase orders work orders bill payment mapped with Bank statements for payment done.
  • Expert understanding of regional state and national construction approvals and compliances
  • Comparison of Project planned v/s actuals on basis of Investment committee notes for statutory approvals construction schedules project budget & cost and sales milestones sales MIS.
  • Lead the teams on active portfolios on LIE Project risk monitoring & Technical DD mandates & review of bill certification for works executed at site
  • Ability to work out quantities review drawings conduct detailed scrutiny of final and RA bills including reconciliation deduction working etc
  • Detailed knowledge on development regulations and various approvals required for residential Commercial and township projects.
  • Understand sales and collection process on project site and analyse sales projections and collection against demands sent to customers
  • Review of developers escrow account for funds credited and debited for receivables of sales & expenses for construction and other cost.

About You:

  • Postgraduate in Civil Engineering is a must
  • Post qualification experience of minimum 4 years in handling TDD of residential buildings is a prerequisite.
  • Requires expert level analytical and quantitative skills
  • Ability to comprehend analyze and interpret the most complex business documents.
  • Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive issues.
  • Ability to motivate and negotiate effectively with key employees top management and client groups to take desired action.
  • Ability to analyze the most complex business/financial data and develop innovative solutions.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Strong leadership management skills
  • Requires expert knowledge of financial terms and principles.
