Job Title:Chief Talent Officer
Location:Gurugram Haryana
About the Role
We are looking for a chief talent officer who will report to the CEO and founders of the company. Your mission will be to staff the organization with A players at every salary level by working closely with various department heads to understand business needs executing best practices in hiring productivity mapping/training and sustaining high performers. Our ideal candidate is someone with high empathy levels who can be the nervecentre for all employees understand the nuances of changing business needs and anticipate potential instability in any role. Comfort with digital/AI hiring tools is expected.
Job Description
- Develop and execute structured hiring processes to attract the best candidates that fit the culture of the company.
- Improve onboarding process and define role requirements and goals to ensure new hires hit the ground running.
- Identify need for and implement training productivity enhancement and unlocking personnel potential
- Implement branding strategies that showcase the culture of the company to ensure we continue to be the most coveted place to work at.
Key Skills Needed
- MBA from premier institution
- Savviness with the latest AI tools for hiring and productivity
