We are seeking acommitted individual to join us as Senior Practitionerin the Community Led Support (CLS) Team 1 Integrated Team.

This role is anexciting opportunity to contribute tothe Community Led Support (CLS) 1 Integrated Team within the Adults and Health Directorate of the Council. You will be required to provide support for adultsand a multidisciplinary team of Care and Health Professionals.
Job Purpose
- To safeguard vulnerable adults.
- To provide high quality researchbased casework service to all Adult Social Care service users and hold cases that consist mainly of the most complex situations.
- To offer consultation support specialist advice and joint working to colleagues within Adult Social Care.
- To promote independent living where safe to do so.
- To comply with and promote legislation statutory guidance and local policies and procedures.
Essential Qualifications and Experience:
The postholder will need to have:
- A Social Work qualification
- Registration with Social Work England (SWE).
- Indepth knowledge of legislation and statutory guidance relevant to working in Adults Services.
- At least two years post qualification and at least two years experience of working with adults and families in a statutory setting.
- Successful completion of a postgraduate qualification award through a recognised CPD route.
A Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check at an Enhanced level with Adults Barred List is required for this role.
