Barbican & Epsom Hybrid Working (12 days a week) FixedTerm Contract: Until end of 2025 Full time
Competitive salary depending on experience

Nuffield Health is looking for a Technology Delivery Manager for an exciting Financial Services Technology Transformation programme of work within the Employee Infrastructure and Data technology unit to join us on a fixed term contract until the end of 2025.
As the Technology Delivery Manager you will be responsible for leading the delivery of a largescale technology transformation project within the financial services arena working closely with all teamsacross technology.
We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Technology Delivery Manager with a strong track record in delivering projects across a complex environment. You will bring a strategic mindset excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to drive complex initiatives to successful completion. Experience in healthcare would be a bonus but a passion for delivering fastpaced change in a complex estate is what were looking for.
As a Technology Delivery Manager youll bring:
Significant demonstrable experience of practising and embedding at least one applicable methodology: Scrum Kanban Waterfall etc.
Proven delivery experience in a complex technology environment with a high volume of change balancing multiple priorities and dealing with ambiguity.
Proven ability to manage multiple deliveries simultaneously.
An accomplished credible and respected professional with welldeveloped stakeholder management communication influencing and negotiation skills gained in a complex organisation.
Strong analytical and conceptual reasoning skills with the ability to communicate at all levels.
Provide effective operational leadership in respect of transformation within the technology department.
Demonstrable capability to resolve conflict and to build maintain and utilise relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to achieve business goals.
A collaborative working style with a relentless focus on delivering outcomes.
Experience of working in healthcare and managing best practice in the field of Information Governance and its relevant regulations would be beneficial
