Responsibilities:
Greet and engage with customers in the waiting area ensuring their comfort and offering refreshments (coffee water baked goods etc.).
Serve as a point of contact for minor customer concerns or needs escalating issues to appropriate staff when necessary.
Keep the hospitality and customer waiting areas neat clean and organized at all times.
Assist with light administrative or customer experience tasks as needed.
Collaborate with the service and customer experience teams to ensure guests receive prompt courteous attention throughout their visit.
Must be able to stand for extended periods.
Light lifting required (up to 20lbs.)
Qualifications:
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Prior experience in hospitality customer service or retail preferred.
Attention to detail and cleanliness.
Comfortable working independently in a customerfacing environment.
Ability to multitask in a busy setting and prioritize customer needs.
Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
