Raytheons Logistics Transformation Data Manager is responsible for leading a highperforming team that develops and deploys advanced data and reporting solutions to drive efficiency cost savings and strategic decisionmaking within the Logistics organization. This leader will oversee the integration of data analytics into logistics operations ensuring a standardized and scalable approach to problemsolving across the enterprise. The ideal candidate is a visionary leader who can drive crossfunctional collaboration optimize processes through datadriven insights and champion continuous improvement initiatives at the organizational level.

What You Will Do
Lead and develop a team of data professionals fostering a culture of innovation collaboration and analytical excellence.
Set the strategic direction for logistics data transformation initiatives ensuring alignment with business objectives and enterprise goals.
Drive the adoption of advanced analytics automation and digital tools to optimize logistics performance.
Oversee the transformation of legacy data processes into scalable technologydriven platforms that enhance logistics operations.
Establish and enforce data governance ensuring accuracy security and consistency across systems.
Utilize Power BI SAP SQL Python Alteryx and other advanced tools to enhance realtime decisionmaking and operational efficiency.
Develop and implement datadriven strategies to reduce cycle times lower costs and improve supply chain performance.
Identify opportunities to streamline workflows through automation and predictive analytics.
Serve as the key liaison between logistics finance supply chain and IT teams to align data strategies with business priorities.
Present highimpact data insights to senior leadership influencing enterpriselevel decisionmaking.
Build consensus across stakeholders ensuring datadriven initiatives translate into tangible business outcomes.
Oversee the creation and analysis of enterprisewide logistics performance metrics ensuring data integrity and relevance.
Lead the development of dashboards and automated reporting tools that provide realtime insights into logistics trends risks and opportunities.
Monitor and optimize inventory positioning strategies to improve supply chain responsiveness and costeffectiveness.
Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires bachelors degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years prior relevant experience.
Experience with data governance business intelligence (BI) solutions predictive analytics and/or statistical modeling.
Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Qualifications We Prefer
Ability to assess design and implement enterprisewide process improvements with measurable ROI.
Previous experience working in a cross functional and/or bargaining unit environment
Demonstrated people management/leadership skills experience engaging large complicated teams
Extensive experience applying Lean Six Sigma and other operational excellence methodologies to logistics and manufacturing environments.
Experience in leading digital transformation efforts that impact global supply chain networks.
Strong ability to translate complex data into clear actionable business strategies.
Strong financial acumen to assess costsaving opportunities and optimize logistics spend.
Proven track record of building alignment across functions securing buyin and leading change at scale.
Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills with the ability to drive consensus on highimpact initiatives
Proven ability to lead leaders and develop highperforming teams in a matrixed fastpaced environment.
Strong executive presence with experience influencing seniorlevel stakeholders and driving enterprise change.
