What Youll Be Doing
Operate batch equipment efficiently to produce highquality concrete mixes.
Monitor raw materials inventory and ensure proper handling.
Maintain equipment and troubleshoot mechanical issues to minimize downtime.
Adhere to strict safety regulations and quality standards in daily operations.
Collaborate with team members to optimize production and workflow.
What Are We Looking For
Strong understanding of concrete production processes and equipment operation.
Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and operational issues effectively.
Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to industry regulations.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills to support smooth operations.
Capability to work in a fastpaced physically demanding environment.
Conditions of Employment
Successful candidate must submit to postoffer preemployment physical examination drug/alcohol screen and background check.
Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
Work Environment
Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment inclement weather heat cold humidity and elevated noise level.

$23.00 to $29.00 per hour
